Inbound Customer Service Representative

An inbound customer service representative provides information or directs customers to another department. This position requires you to use a computer and telephone.

Outbound Customer Service Representative

An outbound customer service representative makes cold calls and attempts to sell products or services over the phone. This position requires you to use a computer, telephone, and social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.

Telemarketer/Lead Generator

A telemarketer finds potential clients by calling them directly or through other means such as email. A lead generator gathers information about potential consumers that can be used for sales purposes later on. Both positions require you to make cold calls over the phone and via email or social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.

Appointment Setting

You’ll be responsible for setting up appointments between our clients and their potential customers. You’ll need to be able to identify the right time and place for a meeting and be able to articulate that to the client so that they can make an informed decision about whether or not to meet with them.

You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, as well as a high level of professionalism.
